This panel combines Vibrant Wellness' Gut Zoomer 3.0 and Tickborne 2.0 Complete tests to analyze overall health.
Key Details
DO NOT collect samples while menstruating.
You must avoid certain medications prior to testing.
Let the collection card dry for at least 2 hours prior to shipping.
Ship samples via FedEx using the provided, prepaid mailer.
Preparation & Timing
DO NOT collect samples while menstruating.
If you are currently taking (or have recently taken) any of the following medications, consult your healthcare provider regarding the timing of collection. These medications can affect results.
Laxatives
Probiotics
Steroids
Immunosuppressive medications
Biologic agents
Other immunomodulating medications
There are no required diet, medication, or supplement restrictions.
Hydrate the day prior to your test.
You will collect multiple blood spot cards to complete your test.
You will complete 4 cards (2 DBS cards and 2 DNA cards).
Collection Instructions
Stool Collection
Urinate prior to sample collection.
Write the following information on each tube.
Full name
Date of birth
Date of collection
Time of collection
Put on the disposable gloves.
Open the sampling sheet.
Remove the protective covering from the tape on the sampling sheet.
Adhere the sampling sheet to the toilet seat as shown.
DO NOT let the sheet touch the water.
Collect stool on the sampling sheet.
DO NOT let stool touch water or urine.
Use the provided scoop to add stool to each sample tube.
DO NOT touch or dispose of the liquid in the tubes.
Fill to the fill line. DO NOT overfill.
Recap each tube tightly.
Flush both the sampling sheet and excess stool down the toilet.
Place the sample tubes into the biohazard bag with the absorbent material.
Place the biohazard bag into the refrigerator until shipping.
Remove the disposable gloves.
Wash your hands to prevent contamination.
Blood Spot Collection
Write the following information on the collection cards.
Full name
Date of birth
Date of collection
Time of collection
Open the alcohol wipe
Wash your hands with warm (not hot) water.
Dry your hands with a clean towel.
Rub your hands together and swing your arms to encourage blood flow.
Choose a finger on your non-dominant hand to poke.
Rub your finger from base to tip.
In one single swoop, wipe the tip of your finger with the alcohol wipe.
Open the lancet by twisting the small end off.
Turn your palm up and press the lancet into the side of your chosen finger until you hear a click.
Wipe the first drop of blood away with the gauze pad.
Milk your finger from base to tip.
Allow a blood drop to form.
Let the blood drop fall from your finger into the collection circle.
DO NOT touch your finger to the card.
Fill the circle as full as possible.
DO NOT add a second drop of blood to a circle.
Fill in all of the collection card circles.
You will collect blood on MULTIPLE COLLECTION CARDS. It is important that you fill all of the collection cards so that your test can be properly analyzed.
Use a gauze pad to wipe the blood off your finger and apply pressure.
Bandage your finger.
Leave the collection cards open to dry for at least 2 hours in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
DO NOT add additional blood drops after the spots have dried.
Fold the collection card.
Place the collection cards into the biohazard bag with the humidity indicator and silica gel packs.
Seal the bag tightly.
Requisition & Payment
Your kit has been prepaid. You DO NOT need to pay anything extra.

Since you pre-paid for your tests, you do not need to fill in the payment information on any of these forms.
Shipping
Make a note of the tracking number on the included return label so that you can track your samples back to the lab.
To prepare your samples for shipping,
Place the stool specimen tubes into a biohazard bag.
Seal the bag tightly.
Keep in the refrigerator until shipping.
Place the dry blood spot collection cards into a biohazard bag with the humidity indicator and silica gel packs.
Seal the bag tightly.
Place the two biohazard bags into the provided mailer.
Place the completed test requisition form and testing release form into the provided mailer.
Seal the mailer.
Ship via FedEx as soon as possible, Monday - Friday only.
You can take your samples to the nearest FedEx location.
You can also visit www.fedex.com or call 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pickup of your samples.
DO NOT place your samples in a FedEx drop box.
Results
Results should be released to your provider 7-14 days after samples are received at the lab. We cannot guarantee processing time.
Your provider will notify you when your results are in and schedule a follow-up appointment for you to review them together.
