Labcorp Blood Draws - Fasting Tests

Labcorp's blood panels can include any combination of biomarkers chosen for you by your practitioner.

Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Friday only.
- You WILL NOT need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.
You WILL NOT receive a test kit for your blood draw.
Your requisition form will be emailed to you. You must bring your requisition form (printed or on your phone) with you to your blood draw.
Your blood draw will be performed at Labcorp. Rupa Health recommends making an appointment for your blood draw.
You must fast for 12-14 hours prior to sample collection.

Bring the following items with you to your blood draw appointment.
1. Test requisition form - this form can be printed or shown on your mobile device
The phlebotomist will collect, prepare, and ship your sample for you.

Your kit has been prepaid. You WILL NOT need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

The phlebotomist will ship your sample for you using the materials provided in the test kit.

Results should be released to your provider 1-10 business days after samples are received at the lab. We cannot guarantee processing time.
Your provider will notify you when your results are in and schedule a follow-up appointment for you to review them together.
