Preparation and Collection Instructions
This add-on will be analyzed as part of the stool sample you collected for your main test. Preparation and collection instructions can be found on each test's instructions page.
Requisition & Payment
Your kit has been prepaid. You DO NOT need to pay anything extra.
You must complete your test activation for your sample to be analyzed.
Since you pre-paid for your tests, you do not need to fill in the payment information on this form.
Please ensure that the name on the registration matches the name on your Rupa order EXACTLY. If it does not match, you may need to recollect your samples.
Shipping
Ship samples using the provided, prepaid FedEx Clinical Lab mailer.
Ship samples to the lab within 24 hours of the final collection.
Rupa Health recommends shipping Monday - Thursday only to avoid shipment delays.
You can take your samples to the nearest FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
Schedule a pickup by calling FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 or visiting www.fedex.com.
DO NOT place your samples in a FedEx drop box.
Make a note of the tracking number on the mailer so that you can track your samples back to the lab.
Results
Results should be released to your provider 7-21 business days after samples are received at the lab. Rupa Health cannot guarantee processing time.
