This test measures the levels of three essential biomarkers: HbA1c, homocysteine, and hs-CRP.

Key Details

  • πŸ₯ Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Thursday only.

Preparation & Timing

  • Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Thursday only.

    • DO NOT get your blood drawn at an ExamOne location.

  • You do not need to fast before sample collection.

  • Refrigerate or freeze the provided cold pack overnight before your blood draw.


Collection Instructions

  1. Read this article to prepare for your blood draw.

  2. Your blood draw can only be performed Monday - Thursday.

    1. DO NOT get your blood drawn at an ExamOne location.

  3. Complete your test requisition form.

  4. Bring the following items with you to your blood draw.

    1. Entire test kit

    2. Completed test requisition form

  5. The phlebotomist will collect, prepare, and ship your sample for you.


Requisition & Payment

  • Your kit has been prepaid. You may need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • You must complete your requisition form and send it back with your samples.

    • Since you pre-paid for your tests, you do not need to fill in the payment information on this form.


Shipping

  • Make a note of the tracking number on the return mailer so that you can track your samples back to the lab.

  • The phlebotomist will ship your sample for you using the materials provided in the test kit.


Results

  • Results should be released to your provider 7-10 business days after samples are received at the lab. Rupa Health cannot guarantee processing time.
