Where can I view my results??
Right now, you can contact the Rupa Health team to check the status of your labs. We notify you once all results are in and prompt you to schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to view results. We deliver your results to your doctor, and your doctor will share your results with you.
What does Rupa Health do with my information?
We don't sell, share or spread your information with any third parties, and our software is HIPAA-compliant. The details we get from you, such as name, address and email are only used to contact you or to fill out the lab requisitions for your provider. This information gets relayed to the individual labs that follow standard healthcare practices with Personal Health Information (PHI).

Should I message Rupa or the lab company about the test?
We’re here for you to help with the entire lab ordering process. If you have any questions— about sample collection, mailing in your samples, finding blood draw sites, etc, we’re here for you! Drop us a line at email@example.com. Get helped by a human. Always.
Can I use my insurance?
Yes, we let you pursue insurance coverage directly with the lab if you wish to do so. That said, we don't check insurance coverage for you and won't contact your insurance company.
How can I track my labs?
We send you emails at the following touch-points:
- Once the test has been ordered and is on the way
- once test has arrived at their house. We also send a cheat sheet with instructions for how to complete them
- At each 1 week interval after this, we remind patients to complete tests
- When results are in, patient gets an email to schedule a follow-up appointment
