Lab Company: Precision Point Diagnostics
​Sample Type: Serum, Plasma
​Collection Location: In Lab (Phlebotomy Required)

The Female Wellness Profile measures major female hormones, thyroid markers, cardiac markers, oxidative stress markers, and more to provide a comprehensive assessment of overall health.

Key Details

  • Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Thursday only.

    • Information about scheduling a blood draw can be found HERE.

    • You may need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • Fast for 12 hours prior to your blood draw.

  • Ship sample Monday - Thursday only. The samples must be shipped the same day as the blood draw.

Preparation & Timing

  • Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Thursday only.

  • Fast for 12 hours prior to your blood draw.

    • You can drink water during this fast.

  • Freeze the provided ice pack for at least 4-6 hours prior to your blood draw.

Collection Instructions

  1. Bring the following items with you to your blood draw appointment.

    1. Entire test kit

    2. Frozen ice pack

    3. Completed test requisition form

  2. The phlebotomist will collect, prepare, and ship your samples for you.

Requisition & Payment

  • Your kit has been prepaid. You may need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • Instructions on how to fill out your requisition can be found HERE.

    • Since you pre-paid for your tests, you do not need to fill in the payment information on any of these forms.

Shipping

  • The phlebotomist will ship your samples for you using the materials provided in the test kit.

  • Samples should be shipped Monday - Thursday only.

Results

  • Results should be released to your provider 7-14 business days after samples are received at the lab. We cannot guarantee processing time.

  • Your provider will notify you when your results are in and schedule a follow-up appointment for you to review them together.
