Access Med Labs's blood panels can include any combination of biomarkers chosen for you by your practitioner. Your sample for this test will be drawn at Labcorp.

Key Details

  • Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Friday only.

    • You WILL NOT need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • You WILL NOT receive a test kit for your blood draw.

  • Your requisition form will be emailed to you. You must bring your requisition form (printed or on your phone) with you to your blood draw.

  • Your blood draw will be performed at Labcorp. Rupa Health recommends making an appointment for your blood draw.

  • Some tests require special preparation.

Preparation & Timing

  • Sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist, Monday - Friday only.

    • Resources for scheduling and preparing for your blood draw can be found HERE.

  • Your blood draw will be performed at Labcorp. Rupa Health recommends making an appointment for your blood draw.

    • PLEASE NOTE: Your Labcorp blood draw was paid for when you or your practitioner paid for your order through Rupa. If you would like to get your blood drawn through GetLabs, you will need to pay for that outside of Rupa.

  2. Make an appointment at Labcorp.

  3. Bring the following items with you to your blood draw appointment.

    1. Test requisition form - this form can be printed or shown on your mobile device

  4. The phlebotomist will collect, prepare, and ship your sample for you.

Requisition & Payment

  • Your kit and blood draw fee have been prepaid. You WILL NOT need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

YOUR REQUISITION FORM CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR RUPA PATIENT PORTAL. RUPA HEALTH WILL ALSO EMAIL IT TO YOU.

Please bring this form with you to your blood draw.

Shipping

  • The phlebotomist will ship your sample for you.

Results

  • Results should be released to your provider 1-10 business days after samples are received at the lab. Rupa Health cannot guarantee processing time.
