This panel combines the Gut Zoomer 3.0, Wheat Zoomer, Tickborne Complete 1.0, and Total Immunoglobulin tests to analyze your overall health.

Key Details

  • Do not collect samples while menstruating.

  • You must avoid certain medications prior to testing.

  • Blood sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist.

    • You may need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • You must bring the test kit as well as the frozen ice packs to your blood draw appointment.

  • Fasting is not required.

Preparation & Timing

  • Collect your stool sample prior to your blood draw.

  • If you are taking any of the following medications, consult your healthcare provider regarding the timing of this test.

    • Laxatives

    • Probiotics

    • Steroids

    • Immunosuppressive medications

    • Biologic agents

    • Other immunomodulating medications

  • Do not collect samples while menstruating.

  • Wait 2-4 weeks after these events prior to collecting your sample.

    • Taking a course of antibiotics

    • Taking a course of antimicrobials

    • Having a colonoscopy

  • If you are taking a proton pump inhibitor, wait 5-14 days after your last dosage to collect your sample.

  • If you have taken a rectal suppository, wait 2-3 days to collect your sample.

  • Avoid the following medications for 2-3 days prior to testing:

    • Aspirin

    • Anti-inflammatories

    • Antacids

    • Bentonite clay

    • Betaine HCL

    • Digestive enzymes

  • Blood sample collection must be performed by a phlebotomist.

  • Freeze the provided ice packs for at least 24 hours prior to your blood draw.

Collection Instructions

Stool Collection

  1. Urinate prior to sample collection.

  2. Write your name, date of birth, and the date and time of sample collection on each tube.

  3. Put on the disposable gloves.

  4. Open the sampling sheet.

  5. Remove the protective covering from the tape on the sampling sheet.

  6. Adhere the sampling sheet to the toilet seat as shown.

    1. Do NOT let the sheet touch the water.

  7. Collect stool on the sampling sheet.

    1. Do NOT let stool touch water or urine.

  8. Use the provided scoop to add stool to each sample tube.

    1. Do NOT touch or dispose of the liquid in the tubes.

    2. Fill to the fill line. Do NOT overfill.

  9. Recap each tube tightly.

  10. Flush both the sampling sheet and excess stool down the toilet.

  11. Place the sample tubes into the biohazard bag with the absorbent material.

  12. Place the biohazard bag into the refrigerator until shipping.

  13. Remove the disposable gloves.

  14. Wash your hands to prevent contamination.


Blood Collection

  1. Bring the test kit, frozen ice packs, stool samples, and completed test requisition form to your blood draw appointment.

  2. The phlebotomist will collect, prepare, and ship your sample for you.

    1. Your test kit may come with more tubes than needed. Please have the phlebotomist check the collection instructions HERE and your test requisition form to determine the correct tubes to draw.

Requisition & Payment

  • Your kit has been prepaid. You may need to pay a separate fee for phlebotomy.

  • Instructions on how to fill out your requisition can be found HERE.

    • Since you pre-paid for your tests, you do not need to fill in the payment information on any of these forms.

Shipping

  • Make a note of the tracking number on the return label so that you can track your samples back to the lab.

  • The phlebotomist will ship your samples for you using the materials provided in the test kit.

  • If the phlebotomist will not ship your stool sample,

    • Place the stool specimen tubes into the biohazard bag.

      • Place into the refrigerator until shipping.

    • Place the completed requisition form into the back pocket of the biohazard bag.

    • Place the biohazard bag into the provided return bubble mailer.

    • Return via FedEx as soon as possible, Monday - Friday only.

      • You can take your samples to the nearest FedEx location.

      • You can also visit www.fedex.com or call 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pickup of your samples.

      • Do not place your samples in a FedEx drop box.

Results

  • Results should be released to your provider 7-14 days after samples are received at the lab. We cannot guarantee processing time.

  • Your provider will notify you when your results are in and schedule a follow-up appointment for you to review them together.
