Completing your Quest testing on Rupa

Learn how to schedule, prepare for, and complete your Quest Diagnostics testing through Rupa.

Updated today

Rupa has partnered with Quest Diagnostics to offer fast, convenient blood draws with an instant digital requisition—no physical kit involved. This article explains how to access your requisition, schedule your appointment, and receive your results.

Receiving your digital requisition

Once your provider places a Quest order, you’ll receive an email from Rupa letting you know your digital requisition form is ready. The requisition includes your personal details, provider information, and tests ordered.

Your requisition can be viewed or downloaded from your Patient Portal. You’ll need this form when scheduling and attending your Quest appointment. You can print it or show it digitally at your visit.

Scheduling your Quest appointment

After your requisition is ready, you’ll schedule your appointment directly through Quest’s website.

📝 Note! Only Quest tests can be drawn at Quest Patient Service Centers.

Here’s how to schedule:

  1. Go to Quest's Schedule an appointment page.

  2. Follow the prompts to enter your information.

  3. When asked for your reason for visiting, select All Other Tests.

  4. Choose a nearby Patient Service Center and pick a date and time that works best for you.

  5. When prompted for insurance, select The person being tested doesn't have insurance (Rupa orders are cash-pay only).

  6. Bring your digital or printed requisition to your appointment.

💡 Tip! Scheduling ahead is recommended—walk-ins are accepted but may have longer wait times.

Receiving your results

Once your sample is processed, we send your lab test results directly to your practitioner. Your practitioner will review and release them to you.

If you have any questions about receiving results from your practitioner, you can message our team by logging into or creating your Patient Portal! We're happy to reach out to your provider with this request.
